Usui Tibetan Reiki is a form of reiki energy healing during which universal life force energy is channeled through the hands of the practitioner to the client. Reiki energy healing aids in stress relief, pain relief, relaxation, and promotes full-body healing. Clients may experience a range of sensations such as tension relief, warmth, and tingling as well as colorful, dream-like visuals and energetic downloads. It is not uncommon for clients to fall asleep as they enter into a deeply relaxed, pain-free state during reiki sessions. Nina also incorporates flower essences and essential oils into her reiki sessions. Shamanic energy healing sessions are great for clients looking to heal from stubborn emotional, mental, spiritual and physical wounds. Nina offers the client an interactive experience where she utilizes integrative coaching, meditation, shamanic journeying, flower essences, and South American Shamanic healing modalities. The Four Winds Advanced Shamanic Energy Medicine modality includes energetic extractions, illuminations, soul retrievals, and chakra balancing. These practices allow the client to connect to their highest potential as well as explore and heal their auric field. This often includes the removal of stagnant energy and energetic cords that may be causing physical, emotional, and spiritual blockages.
Integrative transpersonal life coaching helps clients work through various patterns and road blocks in their daily lives. In this modality, Nina assists her clients in tapping into their intrinsic power, knowledge, and strength through meditation, constructive and empathic life coaching, spiritual guidance, and an array of integrative healing modalities including energy work, shamanic journeying, and flower essence therapy. It is important to note that transpersonal life coaching, just like other modalities, look different for each client depending on their needs and what their goals are. Nina also uses these types of modalities with those who are in need of spiritual guidance to help them gain confidence, protection, and clarity on their path and to further develop their spiritual & healing abilities. She uses these types of modalities with clients who are looking to process and move past old patterning to become empowered and live their most fulfilled and authentic lives.
Flower essences are a form noninvasive herbal energy medicine that are created from the flower of a plant. Flower essence blends are tailored to the client’s individual needs and goals. Flower essences embody high vibrational healing properties of the flowers used in each blend. Although flower essences are noninvasive, they are strong and capable of providing transformation and healing for a wide range of afflictions including those that are physical, mental, and emotional. Nina offers flower essence therapy as an additional treatment during energy healing and coaching sessions. Flower essences are taken orally (or can be put into tea, tinctures, or water) and do not interfere with any medications. Nina uses apple cider vinegar as the base for all of her blends to make them accessible to children, pets, and those in addiction recovery. Full bottles of custom flower essence blends can be made by Nina and purchased in-house during your session. They are $25 a bottle and can be taken alongside daily supplements and medications. *Note: Flower essences are not to be taken in place of other medications and you should always consult with your doctor regarding stopping, starting, or changing your medications.
In these sessions, Nina opens her mediumship channel while working in the client's auric field. Nina administers reiki energy healing to promote full-body healing and to remove energetic blocks. While receiving reiki, the client will also receive channeled messages from deceased loved ones as well as information regarding their health, career, relationships, personal development, and current situations in their lives.
During an oracle channeling reading, Nina will tap into various aspects of the client's life from relationships, career, health, personal development, and other situations using oracle cards and open channeling. The client may also receive messages from the client's spirit guides and deceased loved ones on the other side.
Past life regression is a transpersonal therapeutic method that uses deep hypnosis to help clients access memories of previous lives or incarnations. The goal is to help clients find information that can improve their current lives by accessing memories and perceptions that are normally hidden in their subconscious minds. During a Past Life Regression, Nina guides her clients into a peaceful, hypnotic state through a guided meditation and shamanic drumming. At the end of the session, Nina incorporates emotional processing techniques and transpersonal coaching to assist the client in processing and making sense of their past life experience.
The Shamanic Breathwork Ceremonial Process allows clients to release old wounds and dysfunctional patterns and transform them. Often times lost soul parts are regained in order for the client to remember their true essence. The SBW process works as a chain reaction of empowerment, bringing wholeness and healing back into the life of the client, the lives of those they love, and to the world at large. The Shamanic Breathwork process acts as a portal between the timeless wisdom of ancient traditions and the emerging new paradigm methods of healing and teaching by creating a bridge for body, mind, heart, soul and spirit to connect as one.
The SBW ceremony begins by establishing safe and sacred space through various rituals and ceremonies such as smoke cleansing with sage, cedar, and sweet grass while invoking intentions and prayers for the highest good of the journeyer(s). The SBW process usually occurs while the journeyer is laying down on a mat with an eyemask and other journeying accessories. They are invited to call on their Shaman Within, and the energies that speak to them, such as spirit guides, power animals, ancestors, and higher powers. As the drumming begins, breathers are invited to utilize cyclical rhythmic breathing while chakra-attuned music helps guide them on their journey. The process ends with a shamanic shakti art process to help the client process their journey.
The shamanic breathwork pattern results in the neurochemical release of N-dimethyltryptamine (DMT) which creates a natural altered dreamlike state. In this state, clients are able to safely navigate through and release unprocessed trauma, old programming, and dysfunctional patterning. The Shamanic Breathwork ceremony is a highly individualized process and each journey will always differ from the last.
