Flower essences are a noninvasive form of herbal energy medicine made from plants and flowers and are tailored to individual needs. These potent, high-vibrational blends, administered orally, offer transformation and healing for physical, mental, and emotional ailments. Nina incorporates flower essence therapy into her energy healing and coaching sessions. Her blends use an apple cider vinegar base, making them safe for children, pets, and individuals in addiction recovery. Custom full bottle blends are available for purchase for $25. They can be taken alongside daily supplements and medications; however, you should always consult your doctor before making any changes to your prescribed medications.
In these sessions, Nina opens her mediumship channel while working in the client's auric field. Nina administers reiki energy healing to promote full-body healing and to remove energetic blocks. While receiving reiki, the client will also receive channeled messages from deceased loved ones as well as information regarding their health, career, relationships, personal development, and current situations in their lives.
Nina is an experienced medium who has worked hard since the age of 14 to strengthen her extra sensitive connection to the other side. Past life regression work is a method that uses deep guided visualization to access subconscious memories from past lives or unconscious memories that may hold keys to improving current life challenges. Shamanic Breathwork (SBW) helps clients release old wounds, transform dysfunctional patterns, and regain lost soul parts to remember their true essence. This process empowers individuals, bringing wholeness and healing to their lives. SBW bridges ancient wisdom with modern healing methods, connecting body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit as one. A SBW ceremony starts with sacred space rituals like smoke cleansing to clear the space and anchor in intentions. The journeyer lies down with an eye mask and connects with their spirit guides, ancestors, or higher powers. As drumming begins, rhythmic breathing and chakra-attuned music guide the journey, which concludes with a shakti art process for integration. Shamanic breathwork facilitates the neurochemical release of Dimethyltryptamine (DMT), inducing a natural, dreamlike altered state. This state enables clients to safely navigate and release unprocessed trauma, old programming, and dysfunctional patterns. Each ceremony is a highly individualized journey.
