COMING MAY 2024! Our yoga classes focus on uplifting and connecting the mind, body, and spirit through a trauma-informed lens. We pride ourselves on being a body-positive studio with classes open to all levels. Essential oils, flower essences, reiki energy healing, and sound healing are often incorporated into our classes.
