Group & Private Yoga Teacher
Kayla Buckley 200 RYT
Kayla is a 200 RYT yoga teacher who offers both group and private yoga classes at Indigo Haven. Kayla embarked on her yoga journey alongside her mother. They completed their 200 Hour RYT training together in April of 2024 through Illumina Yoga. This shared experience not only deepened her practice but also instilled in her a profound respect and fascination for the human mind and body connection. Her yoga journey began long before her training as she had been practicing for over three years prior.
Right before the training had started, Kayla was facing many big changes in her life which truly shaped her path and deepened her connection with her yoga practice even more. She came to find out that yoga was truly the first thing she had ever been so deeply passionate about. Believing that movement is medicine, Kayla is dedicated to helping her students discover the transformative power of yoga. Her classes are a blend of fluid sequences and mindful breathing, designed to create a harmonious balance between the mind and the body.
Flowing with Kayla is not just about the physical practice, but also the journey of self-discovery and healing, inspired by her own journey. She believes that yoga is a holistic practice that extends beyond the mat. Kayla’s passion for guiding her students through their yoga journey is heart-centered, and is rooted in a place of compassion and expertise. Not only can you meet Kayla on your mat for some movement, but you can also meet her in a
space of serenity for sound healing.
In late July of 2024, Kayla will be a certified sound practitioner. Passionate about creating serene spaces for healing and tranquility, Kayla will be using singing bowls to promote balance and harmony in the body, mind and spirit. Practicing with Kayla means embarking on a transformative and enriching path toward balance and inner harmony. To book a private yoga session with Kayla, see her contact information below.
