About the event
The shamanic breathwork process works as a chain reaction of empowerment, bringing wholeness, clarity, and healing into the life of the breather. The shamanic breathwork ceremony begins by energetically clearing the space and calling in spiritual support through shamanic drumming. Participants then utilize a circular rhythmic breathing pattern while chakra-attuned music guides them on their journey. The ceremony ends with a shamanic shakti art processing session to gain a deeper understanding of the journey. Please bring a water bottle, journal and pen, and your own eye mask if you would prefer to not use the eye masks provided. Please refrain from eating anything heavy within an hour or two prior to the breathwork ceremony.
