Release, Align, & Manifest Extended Sound Bath Immersion

Struggling to release stagnant energies and manifest your true desires? Lisa, an experienced sound healer and intuitive, will be guiding three sound healing and guided mantra meditations: Release, Align, & Manifest. The first session will encourage you to release insecurities, shame, unworthiness, and all that no longer serves you. The second session helps you gain a clearer understanding of your chakras by teaching you how to deeply connect with each one and how to align, grow, and expand them through intentional self-love. The last session will assist you in aligning with the energy of manifestation and abundance through visualization and deep meditation with sound so you can speak your truth, step into your power, and trust in your divinity. After each session, time will be given to reflect, process, and journal. Please bring a water bottle, a journal and a pen. Indigo Haven provides mats, eyemasks, blankets and other necessities but if you would like to bring your own, please do!

Lisa is an artist, writer, middle school art teacher, eclectic witch, and lifelong seeker. She's an experienced psychic medium, tarot reader, reiki practitioner, and sound healer. Lisa graduated from the NH Institute of Art with a BFA and teaching certification and graduated from Augustana University with a M.Ed.
