About the event

Are you ready to transform your life through releasing old patterns and stories that no longer serve you? Are you feeling called to shift into a new paradigm that supports the life you want to create for yourself? Join Nina Sartorelli of Indigo Haven Healing for a group Shamanic Breathwork ceremony to transform your wounds into wisdom and write new stories for yourself through the power of the breath. The shamanic breathwork process works as a chain reaction of empowerment, bringing wholeness, clarity, and healing into the life of the breather. The shamanic breathwork ceremony begins by energetically clearing the space and calling in spiritual support through shamanic drumming. Participants then utilize a circular rhythmic breathing pattern while chakra-attuned music guides them on their journey. The shamanic breathwork pattern results in the neurochemical release of N-dimethyltryptamine (DMT) which creates a natural dream-like state. Studies show that the release of DMT in the brain activates neural stem cells and prompts the creation of new neurons thus cultivating new neural pathways which allow us to reprocess and heal from depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc. The ceremony ends with a shamanic shakti art processing session to gain a deeper understanding of the journey. Please bring a water bottle, journal and pen, and your own eye mask if you would prefer to not use the eye masks provided. Please refrain from eating anything heavy within an hour or two prior to the breathwork ceremony.

**Additional Shamanic Breathwork notes: Shamanic breathwork is not suitable for those under the age of 16, individuals with conditions such as epilepsy, chronic heart conditions, chronic asthma and pregnant women in their first trimester. Shamanic breathwork may also not be suitable with individuals with mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Please also note that there may be times in which participants experience emotional release manifesting as loud sounds such as tears, loud laughter, etc. If you feel this may negatively impact you during your experience, a one-on-one session may be more suitable to your needs. Please feel free to reach out to Nina at with any questions.
